Hello and thank you for the opportunity to assist Mrs [redacted] with a resolution to her titling concern. After purchasing her new vehicle but before the registration was completed, Mrs [redacted] legally changed her name with the state of NC and had a new driver's license issued(Formerly and known to us as [redacted] .) It is a requirement that the driver's license and registration match for the DMV to issue a tag/registration Given the name change they placed a hold on the process and requested a signed updated Request for Registration with the new name listed, a copy of her new license, copy of her old license, along with a "one and the same" declaration form.We prepared these items and sent them to a California address at the request of Mrs [redacted] Via UPS overnight, tracking number [redacted] Per UPS records, the parcel was Refused at the Chula Vista address at 1:35pm on May 11, It was our understanding that subsequent to receiving the declined parcel back from UPS, Mrs [redacted] was out of the country We had no alternate means of reaching Mrs [redacted] to obtain the needed documents. If Mrs [redacted] is now at a location where she can receive the needed forms to sign and if she can provide the items noted above along with proof that the vehicle has maintained insurance coverage during this period, it would be our pleasure to provide these items to the NC DMV to complete her registration. We ask that Mrs [redacted] contact Mark M [redacted] , her sales representative who is ready and prepared to assist.Thank you.Andy S [redacted] , General Manager Flow Companies of Burlington[redacted]
