Review: A service was to be perform on my carpet cleaning machine which is mounted into a trailer. During their inspection I noted a oil leak that I was concern. After replacing a gasket a compression test was done and the test came with a weak cylinder which cause BLOW BYPASS. Option was to rebuild the motor or replace it. I decide to replace the motor since I nearly rebuilt 80% of the unit with new parts. The original motor had only 900-925 hrs which is very low. I had them install a new motor with 0 hrs before receiving my unit. A call was made to me that my equipment was ready to go. I went a few days later and paid $3680.75 to be told 30 minutes after my machine was stolen for there shop. A police report was file a few hours after. This company did not secure my trailer by putting a tongue lock or lock to the doors. A clean entry with no property damage was done and none of there equipment was tamper. I see it as a inside job. Contact person in charge [redacted] assure me that there insurance company would take care of it. A month later I have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: A few ways I would settle to avoid court cost. Refund my money $3,680.75, I will settle for what their insurance company value my carpet cleaning machine at $13,108.37, My trailer which cost me $5,500Or get me a new carpet machine with the same hours or $13,108.37, Refund 3680.75, Refund trailer cost or replace with the same set up.
