When a customer ask for finance I will not turn them down we do offer finance and we do offer days same as cash contract goes to the customer e Mail on the spot with all leading options if you did know about the days and you want to pay off in days call the finance company and pay them off

I have been to this customers house and exchanged the sofa loveseat with no problem even though I feel like I did not deliver it in that condition. Her son was home last time and refused to open the door for us. We told her we would not be able to go back out without paying a delivery fee.
As far as financing, we acquire financing for customers. The issues with payment lies within the finance company.
