Review: I received an [redacted] Gift Certificate in the mail in August 2013 for a Free Pedicure to Floris Nail and Spa in [redacted], PA. The coupon reads "Free Pedicure, Please call to schedule your appointment (up to $30 value), Limit one certificate per household, offer expires in 90 days". After receiving my service on Saturday night I was told by the owner that I was not allowed to use the coupon and that I could come back during the weekdays to use it. I told the owner that it doesn't state that on the coupon. She replied that it was a recent change in policy and refused to accept the coupon her business issued.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to honor their coupon and refund me the $30.
