Floridita Resturant Uptown

Review: I entered this resturant for a bite to eat. the food was not tasting normal. My spouse and I spoke with the manager ([redacted]). Because we tasted the food we were forced to pay for it even thou we only took about three bite out of the entire plate. we explained to the manager; how are we suppose to know the food is spoiled by just looking at it we had to taste. She, the manager, refused to let us out without paying. I even offered to pay half price but the manager again denied. we were basically bullied out of our money and it was not fair.Desired Settlement: The total cost of our visit to that establishment was $26.86. we will like our full refund.

on august [redacted] the shift's manager [redacted] called me from the office regarding a complaint she was having upstairs with a customer. she explained to me that he did not want to pay for any of the food because it wasn't tasting "normal". if at any moment we receive a complaint that the food is bad we do offer an exchange but when I glanced over at the man's plate he had taken a large portion not a bite or two;but most of it. his wifes plate was also eaten from because she gave half to the child & after they had already eaten or shared a large portion of what they order the man was complaining he wanted all his money back. we we're upstairs discussing the issue and the wife said she was going to pay but her spouse interrupted and said for what ? they should give us our money back. but we simply can not due that because you have already ate most of what you ordered you said it tasted bad but it took more then one bite of food to acknowledge that. we haven't received a complaint to this extent before so that alone should say our customers are always satisfied.
