[redacted] did call May 8, 2015, and declined emergency service with out on call technician, as she didn’t know whether she still had any parts and labor warranty and did not want to pay for those services.On May 11, 2015, our office Manager, who has been with our firm for over years and is always courteous and professional, spoke with [redacted] after looking at her file, which has the same warranty status paperwork the customer received from the manufacturer, and informed her that her extended parts and labor warranty has expired on January 17, At that time, she stated she did not access to the appointment book as our [redacted] was going over scheduled calls with the technicians for Monday were booked out at least through Wednesday to schedule any regular hours appointment from customers who had called the previous weekShe asked that if she had not received a call back from our office due to the volume of incoming calls for her to place try calling back, and no appointment was given to her at that timeOur [redacted] made the return call to the customer to try and schedule but did not reach her and left a voicemail [redacted] did not return her phone call until the afternoon on Wednesday May 13, 2015, and was informed we did not have any openings until the following week during regular office hours, as we had to return to warranty customers to install parts from previous calls earlier in the weekShe apologized to the customer stating we were trying to get to as many customers as possible and offered our emergency services once again where customer declined and then hung up on the call
