notarized a Construction Law Lien Affidavit and Notice of Commencement before construction work began on his property. The work on the customer's roof was completed correctly and to satisfaction; after completion the property passed all inspectionsThere was simply a miscommunication about the starting dateTo make up for the miscommunication the customer received a significant discount from Florida's Best Roofing.
