Overall very dissatisfied The team showed up half an hour late No call, no email, no heads up I had to call the company to find out if the team was still coming They showed up without apology The team walked in and estimated that the job would take an hour and a half total Great! After a slow moving performance the job ended up taking hours I was only moving a bedroom apartment When I called the owner at the end of the job to explain that the job was now double the estimated quote, she cut me off mid sentence and said "$an hour" period Again, no apology for the late show up Overall unprofessionalThis is just not how good business and customer service is handled
