Florida Signs & Graphics

In September of 2019 I got in contact with Justin B at Florida signs & graphics In Regards to putting 'sea deck? product that he provided onto the deck of my boat. The boat was taken to him to measure so that the correct amount of material could be ordered at the end of September. I paid the full $1400 price for material and the installation on October 1st. I received a text that the material had come in October 21. Justin called and asked if I could bring my boat back to his shop for him to install. I asked if he is mobile and could come and put it on at my house and he said he could. The installation took place on October 31 2019. When I arrived home from work on October 31 I observed the boat and found that pieces were missing and the job not completed. I paid for a helm pad and never received it and the product that was put down was measured incorrectly and placed on wrong. I immediately touched base with Justin and sent him flow up text with pics attached on November 4th. He stated via text message that his guy messed up and that he is all about customer service and that it would get fixed. The last contact I have had with him was on December 3rd stating that he has been busy but he has a sticky note on his computer to not forget about my boat. I have made several attempts to get this issue resolved either by replacement or refund. He avoids my calls and dodged my text messages.
