Driver was rude, unprofessional & drove erratically Ride was not in a shared van; instead, driver showed up in an old Honda Accord Pitime was different than contracted (driver changed time to 1/hour earlier on day of ride), and driver refused to drop-off at contracted location, stating traffic was too bad to take to airport In addition, driver threatened he would put additional charges on my credit card Absolutely horrendous experience
