Florida Pavers And Pergolas

I contract this company on 7/7/20. for the installation of my pavers around the house. Didn't wait to finish wend they were asking for the total payment which was paid. After 1 year, still calling to complete the contract no answer. Still missing the sealer. Very quick to call for the payment, but to complete the job, screw the client. Will never recommend.

Alex the owner of this company came over to our house and was professional at first. After taking the first half of the money they did the job with numerous issues. Firstly the stain on our pergola was shoddily put on. They sent someone out randomly to our house and he applied stain without putting tarps down and got it all over the freshly installed pavers. They then took the other half of the money for the job that was not completed. After trying to get in touch with the company for two weeks we finally heard back from Alex after disputing the charge and getting refunded back from our bank. He came back, trespassing on our property under the false pretense that he was taking the pergola to be fixed. I was told to wait two weeks and he would be back. Over two weeks have passed and after trying to get in touch with him from another persons phone he told me he will not complete the work.

The guy, Josh*** represented that he had a lot of business in The Villages. I initially hired him for a landscaping project, which was estimated at $5,600. He kept telling me there were problems with the irrigation, but he never finished the project, and I ended up paying him nearly $10,000 and finally kicked him off my property. I think he was in over his head, and started harassing me for more money. He is not professional, didn't know what he was doing, and my yard is still a nightmare. I'm paying professionals over $3k to resolve what he caused. If there are any Villagers using him, BEWARE!

Please do research to avoid my mistake in hiring this business. Besides the complaints here that were not fixed there are numerous others on *** and***. Damage to property, theft, and lies on other review sites are all what this company is capable of.
