no response to phone calls, then emailed [email protected]. No response. *** recieved on 3/27 confirmation it was signed by R. W.
still no response from the company on the status.
requested refund from company and now disputing charge with my credit card company
finish the job or refund me so I can use another company

I am sincerely sorry for your experience with our company. We have been severely behind due to the COVID-19 situation. Most of our office has been working remotely. The gentleman who signed for the package is in fact in our office, but it may have been misplaced. I have a large package of applications to process and I do not see yours in here. I can either refund you or you can email me a copy of the application and I will process with the original as lost in the mail. Please advise how you would like me to proceed. I will fix asap.
