As stated by another customer of this company, I too am dissatisfied by them as per below. I read a complaint against the company in the early stages of our order and I wish I had heeded the warning! They are now holding $18,473 or our money without delivering the order. I have cancelled it and they refused to return our money. Do not us this company for your cabinet needs. They built us a TV cabinet for $7500 and the paint is chalky, two doors came in chipped, yet to be replaced. We ordered kitchen cabinets from them, prior to the delivery of the entertainment center and were very concerned on the quality based on the entertainment center. We constantly asked them to clarify types of materials to be used in kitchen and they could only answer by proposing upgrades and charging us a changer order fee. We cancelled our order as our differences in kitchen standard quality materials differed greatly and they have refused to return our money. Stay away from this company; do not let this happen to you!
