In response to the information provided by the Revdex.com regarding this complaint, Thomson Reuters (Tax & Accounting) Inc(“Thomson Reuters”) has conducted an investigation regarding the subject customer’s allegationsThomson Reuters denies the allegations in their entirety
Nonetheless, Thomson Reuters will cancel the customer’s subscription to the product that she alleges that she never ordered and will cease seeking payment from the customer regarding the product

 Dear Sir or Madam- Thompson Reuters had written this office and agreed to stop all of its previous dunning efforts. Thank you for your work.  At this time, however, you should end your work on this.  [redacted]

The client was offered a refund of her fees to compensate her for the trouble. We also had several employees working on this issue, contacting the IRS and banks to ensure that this manner was resolved as quickly as possible. Client's husband also called and came into our office several times yelling...

and disrespecting the staff and other clients. We tracked down the deposit, which was sent back to our bank. The client was then issued a check for the full amount of the refund. Client picked up her refund check from our offices on 2/16/2016.
