*** We did send out the check to this customer after he requested the refund. On a personal basis, I have had trouble receiving mail checks in the mail that took a month or never arrived in snail mail. You cannot fax a check, nor did we tell them
forget about them. The customer called and we asked him to please tear up check when it comes to them and we would rewrite a check for him to pick up on a Friday afternoon. They have yet to come by and pick up the second check. It has been over two weeks since we have left it at the desk in our parts departmentWe tore it up thinking they never showed because the have received the other one in the mail, since they haven't showed up to get this check *** rewrote them.
