Florida Ear Nose Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery Center

I had sinus surgery from Dr. Han about 8-9 yrs. ago Since the surgery He left sinus packing in my nose for about 30 days. I went back him complaining that I could not breathe. He never checked to see if the packing had dissolved. 30 days later the packing came out. Since the surgery, I have problems remembering things. It is as if I have had a stroke. I have a smell in my nose for 8-9 years since the surgery. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to find out what he did to me. No one has been able to help me. He did not disclose to me that he was going to cut in my frontal sinuses which is where I am having the problems. I was not having a problem in my frontal sinuses. I later found out after the surgery that two other patients died while he performed surgery.

Florida Ear Nose Throat continues to send me the same bill after I paid it almost 3 months ago (11/24/14) and I received a confirmation # (XXXXXX) at the time I paid it. I've called the office to get this corrected and it has not helped. What makes this more frustrating is that my insurance company indicated that they paid all charges that were sent to them by this practice several months ago and that I should not have been sent a bill or continue to receive bills. I paid the bill they sent me back in November just to be done with it and not risk the potential of them erroneously being sending it to collections.
Additionally, they have scheduling issues....I was scheduled to receive a CT scan in their Kissimme office which is a 2hr round trip from my home...they do not have a CT machine in their Orlando office. I left work, arrived at the office, and was brought back to see the physician. The physician then went to discharge me and I asked "what about the CT scan that I came for?". I was then informed that their CT machine had not been working for a few days....however, I was not notified in advance and as a result paid gas, tolls, and lost 4 hours of work/wages.
