I get a notice out of the blue from these people, claiming I've "ignored all previous efforts" to resolve my bill for $12.61 from service approximately 5 months ago. Granted I've never heard of this doctor they claim had seen me, but that's just how these pathologists work. But to claim that I've "ignored all previous efforts", and now they're going to turn me over to a collection agency? How about -- your billing practice is non-existent, or did you ever consider maybe even your staff is pocketing the receipts? I've gotten ZERO bills from you is EVER before this nasty letter. You've got some pair of balls to insult your pathology customers like this! You're doing a disservice to every doctor you allegedly perform pathology services for by sending out these insulting letters that are an absolute lie about everything but perhaps the original balance -- which I wouldn't have had an issue paying if you ever billed me properly in the first place. Obviously you were able to figure out my home address to send me this undeserved nasty-gram!
