As the other reviewer stated, Mr*** is a scam artist indeed I signed a Contract in July to conduct a very simple residential demolition of a 700fthouse and abandonment of a septic tank and a year later, he still hadn't obtained the Permit He charged for doing all the Permit processing and the owner ended up obtaining all the documentation as Mr*** didn't know the processIt took the Contractor months to submit for the Permit and months later the Permit was still not issued because the COntractor had not cleared the Comments from the City Plan Reviewer Owner also ended up paying for other items that were the Contractor's responsibility, like Toilet rental When Demo was finally started, a 1-day job took Mr*** days, of which he only worked hours and the job was not completed properly When my Architect/Project Manager and myself submitted a Punch List, Mr*** refused to address them and put a Fraudulent Lien on our property I would stay clear of this Contractor and file a Complaint with the Revdex.com and also the DBPR Department in Miami Dade if you already have experience any problems

Took my deposit, did not finish work and left site. He has no employees no equipment aside from his lease truck.
Scam artist.
