Website claims No waiting & car wash while gone in a secure location. We had excessive waits and car was NOT washed. Files show the exact agreement.
Saw their online services simple enough. Paid $99 plus tax for the parking, washing of car, transport to and from terminal, and no wait times. They called when we were in route to the parking location and we told them approximate time to arrive. He said call 15 minutes prior and wanted to use our car to take us to the terminal. There wasn't enough room in our car for the 4 of us plus him and the deal was THEY transport us. About 10 minutes prior to arrival we called to say we were 10-15 minutes out per the GPS and he said "I will meet you there". Upon arrival I didn't feel safe due to location and conditions. The fence was small, no one was there, it was barred up windows, and the location was super busy intersection and appeared shady. We sat there for around 10 minutes when another car showed up and it wasn't our driver. The guy asked if we worked there and we said no. The driver showed up about 5 minutes later and although we had already been waiting 15 minutes for the driver to show, called and had arrangements he still took that family first. The wife kept sneering at us thinking it was funny we had already waited and they show up and get to go. he helped them with their luggage and told us he would be back in 20 minutes. Had we not already paid we would have left. So 35 minutes goes bay when he said 20 and now we have been waiting 50 minutes when we were Sold on "no waiting". Apparently they have ONE driver at this point. when we finally get our transport over the guy tells us his supervisor said to give those people a ride first. I said but we were there first and we waited a long time. We got on the cruise and the woman was on the same cruise and started laughing saying haha to us and how she already had a drink and relaxing while we waited nearly an hour even though arriving first. We got on the cruise and went. When we got back it said call them 30 minutes prior to disembark and they will be waiting. We called and said we will be off in 30 minutes. He said well I have someone else ahead of you and then I will come back for you. We waited and waited and it was about 30 more minutes of wait time when we were sold a promise of no wait times and they would be waiting for us. When we got back to the lot we were thankful the car was safe but he didn't help us with luggage. We noticed our car had not been washed as promised as part of the arrangement. IT was covered in bird poop and dirt. They didn't hold up one ounce of their obligations other than a parking spot.
