approval hold required upon check inAnd it is usually released after daysThis might have been released already by this time.Guest was sent an explanation and apology letter via email which is here attached below with 10,Rewards Points into his loyalty account, and a copy of his receipt for the credit. My name is ** and I am the sales coordinator and marketing admin for the XXXXXXXI want to thank you for your loyalty to as a *** Rewards Member and wanted to speak to you regarding your recent stay with us. I have looked into your reservation and the billing issues that you have encounteredThe final posting of $was a mistake on our behalf since you were using reward points and that amount should have been billed to XXX directlyAttached to this email is a copy of the refunded $The $that you saw on your statement was a hotel authorization and should have dropped from your account at this point(If it is still appearing on your account - I kindly ask that you forward documentation of it to me.)
