I gave them a proposal telling them that the whole roof needed to be rebuilt, because it has a big sag in the middle. I also told them that it had holes in certain areas and that it was causing the roof to rot out. So he asked if I could repair those areas. I said yes, but that there was no guaranty...

that it would stop all the leaks. So he told me to repair the area that was rotted out, and I did with the stipulation that he understood that there was no guaranty that it would stop all the leaks. I have the invoice and the proposal stating all of this.
