Florida Beach Coast

I have been living at one of there properties for 3 months and have paid over 6000 dollars while rent a month is only 875 the fees are horrible. Code enforcement have been at this property all this month and there just now passing they wasn't supposed to rent it out yet. Its hard to get in contact with anyone. The repair man was trying to get me to help him run spams with code enforcement. Do yourself a favor and stay away the rent look good until you move in and are hit with crazy fees.
