The Complainant first contacted our office regarding this issue via email on January 22, 2015 at 3:13pm. The complaint was filed with your office on January 22, 2015 at 3:44pm. It is clear the Complaintant had no intention of resolving the issue with our company prior to filing the...

On January 23, 2015 at 8:24am our office responded to the Complainant's email (dated 1/22/15 at 3:13pm) that there was an error in our response to the 3rd payoff request which was quickly resolved by our office, we would gladly refund the fee and apologized for any inconvenience. This response was sent prior to receiving notification of the complaint filed with your office. We seek satisfactory resolution to this matter prior to refunding any fee to the Complainant. Thank you.
