Florida Aid To Animals

Took my dog in to have his glands expressed. Was told the service was performed and all was good. A day later he was scooting around on the ground.
After I took my dog into the facility to have his glands expressed he started scooting around on the ground again. At the time of the procedure I was told everything was good. I called Florida Aid to Animals and told the person who answered the phone what was going on. She advised that I wait a little bit longer to see if he stopped scooting. She also said I would not have to pay for them to perform the service again. When he kept doing it I again called to arrange for an appointment. I was then told he would have to see the doctor because he probably had an infection and that I would have to pay for the exam. Asked to speak to a supervisor. After being put on hold for quite a long time I got a supervisor who after about 15 minutes of telling her I did not want him to see the doctor but wanted the procedure done again she said okay. By them my appointment had been given away and the time I was asked to be at the facility was not good for me since I do not live close by. I was informed that I could either come when she wanted and refused to agree to another time when it would have been convenient for me.
