Review: My mother passed away on july 30, 2013. I went to the florist on Wednesday july 31, 2013 to order flowers for my mothers funeral. I put a $50.00 deposit on the flowers that day and returned the next day which was August 1, 2013 to pay the remaining balance of $60.00. I was not given a receipt. My mothers viewing was on Friday August 2, 2013. When I arrived at the funeral home and seen the casket spray that this florist made for me I was outraged. The flowers were the color that I wanted which was yellow but they were dying. They looked awful. nothing like what I was promised. I waited until Sunday August 4, 2013 to go to the florist and tell him how displeased I was with the flowers and told him that I deserved a refund. He told me that he had to go to the bank on Monday August 5, 2013 to get my money. I told him that I would return to the business that day August 5, 2013. When I arrived there on Monday there was no one there. I have left countless messages explaining to him that I was owed the money and that if I did not hear from him I would contact law enforcement and the Revdex.com. I did contact law enforcement and they told me to contact you and also to consider filing a lawsuit which I am considering. I need something done. I have countless pictures of the flowers that I will show to anyone. I am looking for help to get back the money that I deserve so that I am able to get my mother proper flowers.Desired Settlement: I am looking to get my refund back for the flowers that I purchased. I feel like I have disappointed my mother with the flowers that were given to me and by getting a refund I would able to purchase my mother flowers from a different business. I feel that I am suffering from the flowers that were made for me and that I had to give to my mother at her funeral. My mother deserves better than what she got. I feel humiliated.
