Flores Seal Coating

Mrs. [redacted] contacted me on [redacted] requestin mg an estimate for sealcoating. I did the estimate for Mrs [redacted], her quote was $115 for sealing and $34 for crack filling total of $149. Mrs [redacted] scheduled her driveway to be sealed, she later send a message stating that she forgot to mention...

a piece of asphalt on the side and around the back that she wanted to set up to get the sealing and crack filling done to. She send me photos of the area in the back I could not give the estimate using a photo so I said we would take care of it, meaning giving her a price and getting it done if accepted. We showed up to Mrs [redacted] house to do the job. As we filled cracks Mrs [redacted] came out and said she had to leave if I wanted her to pay me, I responded telling her we would leave an invoice. She did say she didn't have time to set up the back, she handed me $150 and left, we did crack filling, I did about 3-4 small patches on the driveway that we did not charge Mrs [redacted] for. She later send a message with her complaint. I offered Mrs [redacted] to come and look at the situation and correct the issue and also offered to seal the back at no extra charge as I could see where she had the misunderstanding in our conversation, I got no reply just a complaint letter from the Revdex.com. I went to inspect the issue Mrs [redacted] is having and noticed the town has began construction in Mrs [redacted]s neighborhood and this construction has caused the job we did to look ruined as shown in the second photo,  Mrs [redacted] has slandered my business on [redacted] offering photos and her address so people can see the job the town ruined but is not mention the town construction. I am prepared to offer Mrs [redacted] a refund for crack filling of $35 and to go ahead and seal the back at no charge.
