similar to the one that Ms. [redacted] submitted, they are customers who are typically heated and elevated because they've been told "NO" to one or more requests. Often, they are drunk. Often they are unreasonable. Often they are rude and disrespectful.In order to create and maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for ALL our guests and our staff, our security personnel sometimes are forced to make decisions that are not popular with certain guests. They however, do not lay their hands or speak abusive language to our customers. Typically, they handle themselves in a very professional and courteous manner.I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] feels differently.
