Please let this be my official response to the *** *** complaint your office received of ***'s Grill at *** ** *** *** *** *** *** on January 6, 2018.Our security staff are and remain extremely professional and courteous, whenever possibleWhen we receive complaints
similar to the one that Ms*** submitted, they are customers who are typically heated and elevated because they've been told "NO" to one or more requestsOften, they are drunkOften they are unreasonableOften they are rude and disrespectful.In order to create and maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for ALL our guests and our staff, our security personnel sometimes are forced to make decisions that are not popular with certain guestsThey however, do not lay their hands or speak abusive language to our customersTypically, they handle themselves in a very professional and courteous manner.I am sorry that Ms*** feels differentlyThese are difficult choices that our staff must make and they do the best that they canPlease let Ms*** that I apologize for the misunderstanding.Thank you,*** ***President
