On April 25, 2016, I ordered a works pizza and antipasto salad from Florencia's Pizza in Spring Valley, through [redacted] Hind sight being 20/20, I should have charged on a credit card my order, instead of paying cash The order arrived, later than expected, not a big deal The antipasto salad was most likely, the worst I have ever had, a lesson learned The works pizza, I didn't realize, the key word works, one of the pieces of pizza I bit into, contained somebodies hair, how disgusting I immediately contacted [redacted] , they in turn contacted the restaurant I was advised that they would be by that evening to refund my money for the pizza, an amount of $13.50, I felt this was fair As I had, had surgery that morning, I advised the restaurant , through [redacted] , that I would most likely not be up, but would leave box on porch No one came by Another call, I was advised the owner would call me back before closing on Tuesday, April They close at 9:45, by 10:P.M., still n

Placed order on 8/10/at 4:42pm, bill totaled $After hr, called to ask where my order wasSaid guy had a flat tireCalled again at 6pm and said they were making my orderOrder finally arrived at 6:45pm except items were missingHe said he would bring them to meI called at 7:30pm and no answerCalled a few more times until their closing time of 9:45pm and never received a response and no delivery of my itemsCalled again on 8/11/and no answerCalled throughout the day and their voicemail was fullOn 8/12/16, I went to the store front and it was closed during their business hoursVoicemail still fullCalled again on 8/13/and no answer
I also noted that they are charging a sales tax of 8.759% when Spring Valley, CA is at 8%, which I verified on the BOE.ca.gov website
I verified reviews and they are all dismal
