I spoke extensively with the office person scheduling my Comfort Club semiannual checkup of my HVAC system purchased from Extreme several years ago. I expressed my desire to be scheduled for the first appointment in the morning at 8:00. While they would not guarantee that time they would be as close as possible. After the tech showed up at 8:45 wasting a good portion of my working morning I called the office and was told the Service Manager would call me back, A day later I called the office again and was told my call would be returned. A gentleman called me later that day and apologized for the situation. I was left with an unpleasant taste in my mouth in regards to a business that I was paying for a service that I could not get in a timely fashion.
