I am rejecting this response because: It does not address the primary issue, which was the elimination of an entire entree which Flora's agreed to provide.  There was no communication with me on this matter, and it was not part of our verbal negotiation or agreement.  Flora's has also misrepresented the issue of the sauce, as I agreed to make an additional sauce but was depending on them to provide the primary sauce, which I had never tried but which they highly recommended.  These issues were all brought to their attention in writing months before I lodged this complaint with Revdex.com.  They did not respond.
