Our company received a call from [redacted] on September 2nd, She informed our customer service representative ( [redacted] ) that she had been referred to us by her bank regarding unfamiliar charges to her bank card [redacted] requested information from the Ms [redacted] so that we could check our records to find these charges and any affiliated transaction records in our systemMs [redacted] was not able to provide us with any of the banking card details because she informed us that she no longer possessed this bank cardWe then used her name, contact, address, and the alleged payment charge information (date and payment amounts) to search our recordsThere were no records in our system for any transaction that matched the information that was provided by Ms***I double checked this information myself and had the same outcome [redacted] then contacted Ms [redacted] within the same day to inform her that we were unable to locate these recordsBecause no records exist in or system that matches the information that was provided, we are not able to offer any refundPlease let me know if I can be of any more helpThank youPlease let us know if you require any further informationThank you[redacted] Customer ServiceFloracopeia
