Review: I purchased a $2,600.00 braided rug from FloorsUsa online. After receiving the rug I noticed the color did not match what was on the manufacture ([redacted] Rugs) web site. I contacted FloorsUsa regarding this issue. Returning the rug was not an option as I had waited three weeks for delivery and already disposed of my old rug. I also had to take time off of work to be home for delivery. I was asking for a partial credit due to the inaccurate color match. I emailed FloorsUsa photos showing the rug did not match the web site for the manufacture. After several emails to FloorsUsa they indicated they would credit me $200.00 which I have yet to receive. I have the emails from FloorsUsa.Desired Settlement: Partial Refund 20%

I am rejecting this response because: The credit amount is insuffcient. I will settle for a total of $500.00 credit for my order.
Regards,
Review: I had Floors USA install new hardwood floors in our new home. The job was not finished. I contacted the company many times by phone and went to the store inperson several times as well. I was told the work would be finished and twice workers came to inspect the work that needed to be finished however after their inspection no one ever came back to do the work. My phone calls have since gone unanswered. We have also had problems with buckling and gapping of the floors which were covered under their warantee. The warantee has since expired since my over year long attempt to get the problem fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to uphold their promises to repair and complete my floors.
