Flooring by Design

It has been an awful experience. Flooring by design claims they have treated our hardwood floor 6 times. We have moved back into our house for less than a month and scratches are already forming on our floors. We have felt pads on all our furniture, we walk barefoot on the floor, we do not slide any furniture, and we did not put any area rugs until we were cleared to do so. We spoke to the owner and he said they will do nothing about it and this is wear and tear. We are extremely disappointed. We have lived in the house for 6 years and our hardwood floor prior to the work of flooring by design was much more durable. We had only on scratch through out the 6 years.
