I think this business is now out of business which dosen't surprise meWe got a great deal on carpet for our first rental property, so we used them again a couple of years later for flooring in our main home and in a 2nd investment property (ordered at the same time)Well, what a mistakeWe didn't care too much about the quality of the carpet for the first home (and it seemed to be holding up at that time though), but we told the sales agent, ***, we wanted a quality carpet that would hold up for years in our homeThe carpet for both homes seemed to be a different quality than what we chose on the day we met with ***Of course, they denied this, but both my husband and I remember something differentWithin years later, our carpet in our home is shotWe have one child and no petsOur old carpet was about years old and looked better when it was replacedDon't use this companyI think they may be selling one thing and then selling anotherI am extremely disappointedwe are a one-income family and we can't afford to replace our carpet againThanks Flooring Day (sarcastic)!

Well, what a mistake. We didn't care too much about the quality of the carpet for the first home (and it seemed to be holding up at that time though), but we told the sales agent, [redacted], we wanted a quality carpet that would hold up for years in our home. The carpet for both homes seemed to be a different quality than what we chose on the day we met with [redacted]. Of course, they denied this, but both my husband and I remember something different. Within 5 years later, our carpet in our home is shot. We have one child and no pets. Our old carpet was about 12 years old and looked better when it was replaced. Don't use this company. I think they may be selling one thing and then selling another. I am extremely disappointed. we are a one-income family and we can't afford to replace our carpet again.
