Review: Floorco Inc. is not a good flooring company. I bought almost $2000 worth of flooring and materials and had 3 cases of tiles extra. I kept one and brought the other 2 back as I was told and then I am told no returns on Floor tiles. I said why wasn't I told that at the time of the purchase. I was told to bring back anything back that was left over. Now the story is only bring back the grout and the stain blocker. We don't take back tiles. I am not happy, I have about $250 worth of tiles I cannot use but they say sorry they are yours. I would live on mud floors before I buy from Floorco Inc again.I bet if I was a contractor there would be no problem, but I am an individual not a big company therefore I have to eat the cost of the tiles.Desired Settlement: Take the tiles back and get a refund without any complications. Full refund. Not a partial refund a full refund.

We were advised on the tile edging size by the sales rep. at Floorco in Mandeville, LA but the edging that we received was smaller than the actual tile itself & it did "not" allow "any" room for the mortar. When we returned it requesting for the correct size we were charged a restocking fee plus "another" shipping fee. Due to the error being on the sales rep. side we shouldn't of been charged an additional fee but it is what it is. Also the sales person flat out told us that that's the chance we have to take when doing the work ourselves. Very poor customer service & I will not be going back to this store. I'm all about supporting the local business but for now on I'm taking my business to the bigger hardware stores where I'm not charged for shipping nor a restocking fee.
