FloorAbility

Review: FloorAbility donated a gift certificate for up to a $400 value to a private school for their fund raiser. I bid upon and won the auction in May 2012. I have been trying to collect on this certificate ever since. The owner had me come in to his store several times to pick out flooring, but every time came back with an excuse as to why that flooring became unavailable. It became clear he did not intend to honor that donation certificate.Desired Settlement: I would either like the flooring I picked out or a refund for the full amount of the gift certificate. After all of the gas I've used going to his store to pick out flooring and the time I've wasted trying to collect on the certificate, it's the least he can do.
