Floor To Ceiling

Review: In September 2013 I was building a brand new home. My garden home was supposed to have wood floors throughout but I told [redacted] at Floor to Ceiling that I would rather have carpet in bedrooms to have upgraded floors in living area. She sold me defective flooring - she has attempted 5 times to revarnish floors. Initially I had asked for new flooring but [redacted] Flooring asked me to give her a chance to make it right (he said the work would be warrantied) Each time I had an independent wood inspector follow her work (there was obvious trash under varnish) - After the 7th attempt at revarnishing it appeared that the floors were better but after living on the floors for 6 months there is obvious scratches throughout (I have paid an independent wood inspector again) I have called [redacted] (owner of Floor to Ceiling) and [redacted] Flooring (the supplier). Both will not return calls and I feel certain that they are trying to put me off a year (statue of limitations for a new home with problems). I would probably spend more money on an attorney than to buy floors but it is the principal. I paid for upgraded floors and got horrible floors - It is a shame that she is in business. I feel she has taken advantage of me and has no intention of warranting her work. PATHETIC!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like my floors replaced - I had an expert wood refinisher come to my home before her last attempt and he said the floors could not be refinished (the planks were to thin). He said he wouldn't touch them because of the number of times she refinished. Even Somerset flooring (the manufacturer) stated they couldn't be refinished.
