Floor Spring Designz was hired because of their ratings with the Revdex.com big misstake, they brought people into our home to do work was unproffessional and having criminal backgrounds , did not get permits to do the work, caused additional damage to homeDo not hire this Company!!!
We have been out to the home on 3 different occasions to make repairs regarding the laminate. We also have a signed completion form that states that the customer was happy and satisfied at the time of installation. We have sent a new crew...
out to the home and to try and make the customer happy we are going to replace the laminate under their warranty. The work should be completed by Friday, February [redacted] 2014 if we don't run in to any issues.
