Review: There is defect in the workmanship in a floor which was installed 10/2014 by this company. The defect was brought to the attention of [redacted] in August of 2015 when it was first noticed. We have almost paid for this floor in full and are very concerned with the product quality being that this floor hasn't been installed for even one year and a defect has already been detected. [redacted] refuses to repair the floor after 2 separate requests were made. We ask that the floor be repaired to our satisfaction or we will no longer continue to make payments for a defective installation of a very expensive product.Desired Settlement: Either repair the floor or credit the account the balance due
