I had my old shower removed and a new one installed by Floor Show back in November of 2006.
I did not know what a horrible job they did until now (2014) when I had to have the shower floor and wall removed due to a leak.
My plumber just informed me that I HAD NO SHOWER PAN!
The tile worker that Floor Show subcontracted had no idea what he was doing. Now there is nothing I can do except share my story so nobody else gets ripped off.
I wish I knew about this years ago but I just found about the leaking recently.
