I, [redacted] (manager) personally made a phone call to the customerMy sincere apologies were given for the horrible customer service he receivedI also credited his account to make the balance zero to ensure him he owed nothing else to The Floor GalleryI was unaware that any of this was going on during the entire transactionI told the customer I wish I had been made aware at the time of because I would have intervened and corrected said issuesThis is not how The Floor Gallery is ran and again my sincerest apologies were given and a credit to his accountVery disheartening.?
