Floor Fashions of Virginia, Inc.

We decided to work with Floor Fashions because they agreed to match a price from another vendor and seemed to have a better pad for the carpet we wanted. However, their lack of communication cost us a full week of time. Then we were quoted an estimate $500 more than the original which was outside our budget. The salesman said he would be back in touch and never contacted us. We went back to our original vendor and they gave us a BETTER carpet than we had asked for in under a week's time. We will NEVER use Floor Fashions again.
