Floor Designs

Review: I went to Design Floor after I purch my first house. I needed carpet wall to wall in the entire house. So I went down to Design Floor and purch and payed for my new carpet. The carpet came and a guy named [redacted] put it in. I told him I was going to get the bathroom floor repaired in a few months so could he not compete the carpet around bathroom door and front door and ask him would be a problem to come back and fix it when the bathroom floor was done. He sayed it would not be a problem and would only take 20 min to fix.Desired Settlement: Come out and fix it. And why have I been calling Design Floor and I get a runaround for the last 9 mths for a 20 min job.
