Ms*** and I agreed on March 30 that we would look at the floors on a sunny dayAs we are all well aware, StLouis has had significant rain and flooding over the last 2 weeks! We met with Ms*** today, May 11, and reviewed the work againWe all agreed that the
best solution to ensure complete customer satisfaction is to recoat the hallway and the adjoining section of the living roomThe work will be completed on Monday, May

This is completely untrue. We are scheduled to visit the home and inspect the floors tomorrow, Friday 6/2 @ 9:30 AM. I have been in contact with her several times this week to confirm. I have personally inspected every step of the process and the scratches she is referring to were caused by either the homeowner or her adult son dragging furniture around the room. This is the second complaint she has filed. As a gesture of goodwill, we applied a 4th coat of polyurethane last month in order to resolve the first complaint. She was happy with the floors then. She texted me last week to tell me her floors were now unsatisfactory and that's when I scheduled the inspection tomorrow. I am very disappointed that Anna is again not happy as I work to make sure my customers are 100% satisfied. However, I can't repair the floor every time someone drags a heavy chair and gouges it. As to the comment regarding a drunk employee, I am virtually certain that isn't true. My employees are randomly tested for drugs and alcohol. And, any usage is grounds for immediate dismissal.
