I want to make this clear that my company did not do anything wrong We did exactly what we were subcontracted by the customer through ***The $invoice for our services was $for the tear out of the old carpeting and only $for the install of the carpet purchased at *** It was an inferior carpet that was the minimum of pile for the business where it was being installed and we did inform her of this [redacted] had an inspector review her installation and they did confirm that we had indeed used a carpet seaming and the installation was correct but the carpet was not of a quality needed for her business She stated that she had received a "good deal" on the carpet We will not refund any part of the $paid since most of the cost was for the tear out of the old carpet and we did install the new carpet correctly However, we have offered to tear out the "new" inferior carpet for her
