We've recently used Floor by Floor services for refinishing/re-staining old wood floors on a home we purchased. His team was very accommodating and receptive to our request. they offered several painted stain samples so we could make a final decision as well as took pictures and text them since we lived out of town. Very refreshing to work with a company that customer service focused! Also no water based products were used...2 thumbs up!
