Review: I had hired [redacted] of Flood Response to fix a leak in my basement foundation wall. The wall has continued to leak and in addition has sprouted a nice batch of mold on the wall. A lot of the paint that [redacted] put up has flaked off. He told me that he painted with a paint that is waterproof even though he painted for a short time. It turns out that the paint he used is not waterproof, but is [redacted] brand that covers stains only.Desired Settlement: I would like the insurance refund that I was promised from [redacted]
