Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle was completed on August 29th. The repairs were covered under the customer's extended warranty. Flood Ford will not be responsible for any expenses Mr. [redacted] accrues at a different dealership.
Flood Ford has diagnosed the condition of Mr. [redacted]'s F-550, and determined that the subsequent failure was not caused or contributed to by anything Flood Ford did. This concern is a known failure in these engines. Flood Ford is currently working with Mr. [redacted] to come to a resolution.
