Flock Foods

I ordered two dozen packs of chips from Flock Foods. I found them on Instagram/Facebook and decided to make a Payment of 58 dollars for said chips. I arrived home after a 34 hr shift, tried the chips, didn’t like the taste, nor did anyone in my household I contacted the company via email to which they would ignore my emails and stop communicating. Mind you off their website it clearly states

“ If there is an issue with your order please send us an email at ***@flockfoods.com and we will make it right.”

I tried working with the company stating that I would send the 23 other bags back to them as long as they emailed me a shipping label, still no answer. I offered to ship them back myself, but I wasn’t too sure since they still wouldn’t respond back. I stated leaving comments on their IG to which I would state that they offer a poor customer service and comments like “buyer beware”. Someone from the company reached out to me via Instagram upset about my comments. They told me they would take care of the matter to which they still haven’t. I messaged the company via Instagram tonight(2/19/20) to which the founder of the company who was unpleasant about my comments towards the poor customer service. I continued to ask why I couldn’t just be refunded the $58.00 to which the founder would not answer. I made multiple comments towards the company that I wish I enjoyed the food, but that I didn’t enjoy the product. I still have the food in the shipping boxes they arrived to at my house
